Dissertation Coaching

Provide dissertation and thesis consulting and coaching to graduate students throughout the entire process, from developing the initial concept and proposal to planning and conducting the analysis. Support also includes presenting and interpreting results, developing meaningful implications and recommendations for theory, policy, and practice, and helping students prepare for their final defense.

Research Assessment Support

Research projects will be supported from start to finish, including conceptualization, planning, execution, documentation, reporting, troubleshooting, and any additional needs that come up along the way. This also includes providing technical expertise in research and assessment, such as developing and administering surveys, creating and managing datasets, collecting qualitative data, developing measurement scales, and conducting multivariate statistical analyses.

One-On-One Collaboration

Provide hands-on support for dissertations, manuscripts, and other research projects, from developing a strong research design and selecting the right methodology to conducting analyses, interpreting results, and preparing work for publication. Graduate students, early-career researchers, and organizations can receive practical guidance in quantitative and mixed-methods research, data management and security, measurement, and sound research and assessment practices. Support can also include advanced statistical methods such as factor and latent class analysis, categorical and mean comparisons, regression and multilevel modeling, mediation, moderation, and causal inference. The goal is to help researchers produce rigorous, meaningful, and actionable findings that can inform theory, policy, practice, and positive institutional change.
